A brief visit to Sin City in the ides of September 2007. In many ways, this environment represents the zenith of American culture in its appeal to populism and consumerism. And where else can you visit "Rome", "New York", "Venice", "Paris", "Egypt", and the "Caribbean" all in one day, and on foot? But snark aside, the desert light is amazing, especially at dusk.
